I, Donald McDermott, solemnly swear to make the effort to improve my life. As a loving, dedicated father who would like to be around to watch his daughter grow up, I promise to work hard and become better with each passing day.  I hearby commit myself to a lifestyle that includes eating better, exercising more, and becoming healthier in mind and body.
