A Life Worth Weighting For - April 15th, 2013 by Donald McDermott

GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY MONDAY!!!

Now THAT is the greeting of a person who got a good night’s sleep! I know, really…..believe me I am as shocked as you are. LOL. But I am pleasantly surprised to share with you that I got my wearly old bones to bed at a decent hour last night….and got up nice and early…feelin good today. I am even more pleasantly surprised to let you know that I stepped on the scale today and happily lost another pound and a half. That brings my grand total so far to 14 pounds in 7 weeks…

….which also keeps me in that 2 pound a week average. Losing more would always be nice…but I am feeling focused and good…and am totally happy with where I am right now. Celebrated my achievement today by making myself a tuna melt with a side salad for lunch…and by tackling my job for the better part of the day. Had a few changes at PARENTGUIDE recently….which left most of us with more to do. And that’s fine with me…I am a company guy forever…so whatever needs to be done.

 This is going to be a VERY busy week I suspect. Definitely going to push to get myself ahead of the game today. I knew that good night’s sleep would come in handy today….lol. Not much else to report other than that at the moment. Productive at work…lost weight again….ate healthy…getting in a little exercise tonight. Yep….that about covers all of my bases for now I believe! Have a great Monday everyone (if that is een possible). Talk to you again tomorrow…hope you’ll stop by too!
