It’s that time of year again. Time for the WWE to take us to HELL! Take a look at the matches…and how I see them unfolding…at this year’s highly anticipated event!
Big E. Langston vs Curtis Axel – Interncontinental Title Match
Big E. Langston is finally getting the push he deserves, and Axel has been a lackluster champion at best. The big man may be hot right now. Not sure he is ready to hold gold yet though..
My Crystal Ball Says: Langston gets the win, probably by dq.
Los Matadores vs The Real Americans
I still have no idea why Primo and Epico were repackaged as Los Matadores. But like it or not they have been, and they are getting pushed right now. It’s a shame for performers as talented as Swagger and Cesaro to be on the wrong side of that push at the moment.
My Crystal Ball Says: Los Matadores come out numero uno.
Brie Bella vs A.J. Lee – Divas Title Match
This match could go either way if you ask me. AJ has been a great champion. Her character is intriguing and she gives it her all in every match. Brie might not be in her league in the ring just yet, but that doesn’t mean a lot in the world of pro wrestling.
My Crystal Ball Says: AJ stays on top where she belongs
The Usos vs the Shield vs The Rhodes – Tag Team Title Match
Goldust and Cody Rhodes have given the Shield something interesting to do lately. Not to mention bringing a little much needed credibility to the tag team division. Adding the Usos to the mix could make the match a lot of fun to watch.
My Crystal Balls Says: Goldust and Cody retain in one of the best matches of the night.
CM Punk vs Ryback and Paul Heyman – Hell in a Cell Match
I think this feud is finally coming to an end. It is definitely time. A year ago Ryback and Punk met in a cell for the WWE Title. This year their roles are reversed and Punk getting his hands on Heyman is an added incentive.
My Crystal Ball Says: Punk beats Ryback and REALLY beats Heyman.
John Cena vs Alberto Del Rio – World Heavyweight Title Match
The WWE needed to bring Cena back as soon as possible from his injury. With the WWE Title picture locked up between Orton and Daniel Bryan, putting him into the World Title picture was the next best thing. I think this is the night we see Sandow cash in.
My Crystal Ball Says: Cena wins by dq, then Sandow cashes in on Del Rio to become the new champion.
Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton
- Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Title
Bryan looked strong at the end of the final SmackDown before HIAC, which traditionally wouldn’t bode well for him at the pay per view. The question for me is HOW the finish goes. Will Big Show play a part? Will HBK turn on his former student? Can’t wait to find out.
My Crystal Ball Says: Orton becomes the new WWE champ with a little help from his friends.
